Description

  • Preparing and sorting documents before data is entered into the computer.
  • Entering data into the company database.
  • Checking and ensuring the accuracy of data that has been entered into the database.
  • Resolving discrepancies and incomplete data.
  • Creating backups of data as part of a contingency plan.
  • Responding to information requests from authorized members.
  • Testing new database systems and software updates.
  • Managing documents and records effectively.
  • Preparing relevant reports according to requirements.
  • Receiving and processing invoices for payment and updating invoice details.
  • Identifying and correcting errors during data entry using appropriate quality control methods.

Requirements

  • Preferred Female
  • Possesses fast and accurate typing skills
  • Has good language skills, especially in Indonesian
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work quickly and accurately
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently or in a team
