About the role

We are seeking for a Data Analyst to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support the strategic decision-making of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Collect, analyze and interpret complex data from various sources.
2. Develop advanced analytical models and dashboards to visualize data insights.
3. Identify trends, patterns and opportunities to inform business strategy.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
5. Implement data governance policies and ensure data integrity.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

What we're looking for

1. Preferably holds a degree in BSIT; but any course will be accepted.
2. Highly proficient in Micro
3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights
5. Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
