The Data Analyst supports the client’s business unit in analyzing promotional activities to ensure sales targets are achieved. The role involves collecting and interpreting data related to promotions, generating reports, and supporting decision-making through accurate data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conceptualize promotions aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Prepare and implement promo plans, including logistics, costing, and manpower.
• Coordinate and brief teams on promotion details and mechanics.
• Ensure timely delivery and management of POS materials and premiums.
• Monitor and report on promotion progress, results, and competitor activities.
• Review promo expenses, allocate budgets, and maintain confidentiality of client plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in promotions, trade marketing, or brand activation
• Strong background in promotional planning, implementation, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards, and reporting tools)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
