Analyze and profile large structured and unstructured data sets to drive valuable insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address business challenges and manage reporting priorities.
Create insightful reports and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data.
Lead the development of self-service analytical reports and interactive dashboards.
Maintain decision-support solutions (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive analytics) to help inform strategy and business planning.
Optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to meet reporting requirements.
Manage high-quality outputs and products to meet contractual requirements and improve data products and services.
Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic decisions and operational improvements.
Prepare high-quality reports by extracting data from multiple platforms and databases.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience, preferably in business decision support roles, data science, or a related field, ideally within IT solutions services.
Highly Proficient in SQL/MYSQL
Knowledgeable with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Xlookup, Index Match)
Knowledge in Python and/or R programming language
Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to perform root cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and translate insights into business impact.
Identifying patterns, ensuring data integrity, and addressing anomalies.
