• Managing import/export documentation, including PEZA-related records.
• Coordinating shipments and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Processing customs clearance and liaising with brokers.
• Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.

• Surety bond processing
• Preparation of 8106s
• Navigating the new portals issued by PEZA (for online application and monitoring)
• Prepayment ledgers monitoring
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws
• Prepare and review import/export documentation
• Monitor and resolve customs issues
• Conduct audits and maintain compliance records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Provide training and guidance on customs procedures
• Stay updated on changing regulations and industry trends

• Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Customs Management, Logistics, or related field is required.
• Experience Level: Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in customs compliance or export documentation.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in export processes, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and expertise in customs declarations and PEZA documentation.
• Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential interactions at customs facilities and logistics centers.
• Qualities and Traits: Must be organized, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
