Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving user inquiries through online customer service tools and answering user questions;
2. Timely feedback on existing issues, collecting and organizing questions;
3. Possess strong business acumen and be able to grasp basic business concepts after training. Candidates with financial knowledge and experience are preferred;
4. Brainstorm solutions for obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem resolution and process optimization;
5. Ability to adapt to shift work. / Ability to adapt to long night shifts.
Job Requirements:
1. Strong logical thinking ability to assess the true needs of users;
2. Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required.
3. Passionate about customer service, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem-solving solutions;
4. Ability to effectively adjust communication methods and styles based on different audiences;
5. Self-management skills to work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
6. Experience in providing support to customers, with support methods including phone, email, tickets, and online chat services.
Base: Japan or Remote Overseas
Salary: 2000U–3000U + Performance Bonus
