The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists
- Communicate with customers via chat, email and phone
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience with an international BPO
- Or at least 1 year experience in sales (car sales, real estate, life insurance)
- Or at least 1 year experience in a customer facing service (service crew, barista, receptionist)
