Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Rep with some knowledge and interest in video editing, having worked in an eCommerce company/account is mandatory for this role.


The job will initially consist of part-time Customer Service, but if everything works well, it can quickly become a full-time role. Our client is a highly exciting eCommerce company, and our ambition is to start with one person, and then scale this to a team.


Looking for someone with ambition and dedication to make a strong impression so we can grow the team.


Requirements:


  • Honest, hard-working, in it for the long-term
  • Great communicator
  • Few years of CS-experience, basic video editing proficiency
  • Experience from an eCommerce environment
  • Great critical thinking and attention to details
