Description

  • Provide accurate and timely support to clients through chat or email, ensuring all inquiries related to shipping, logistics, billing, and order tracking are handled professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve shipment-related issues, delivery delays, or documentation concerns.
  • Monitor and manage shipment schedules, updating customers on status and proactively addressing potential disruptions.
  • Analyze shipping and order data to ensure accuracy in billing, payment, and fulfillment records.
  • Assist in generating reports and maintaining updated customer records for compliance and performance tracking.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met by delivering high-quality customer service with minimal response time.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong written communication skills in English; must be able to respond clearly and professionally via chat and email.
  • Basic understanding of shipping and logistics operations or willingness to learn industry-specific practices.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable navigating various systems, CRM tools, and Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
