Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries in Spanish and English
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account concerns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Qualifications:

• Completed at least 2 years of college education, with no back subjects
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Conversational Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written
• Holds a Spanish language certification (Level A1–A2 proficiency)
