Contract: Part-time (6months)

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, billing officer, account management, or sales, with a focus on customer retention or loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management for marketplaces and social media - provide timely and accurate customer service for product inquiries, concerns, complaints and the like
• Log and monitor customer concerns with regards to products for repairs and replacements ensuring it is resolved and addressed in a timely manner
• Reconciliation work for various marketplaces and payment channels
• Reconciliation of warehouse and fulfillment billing

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• High level of empathy and customer service orientation
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and care
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
• Ability to build rapport with customers and personalize interactions
