We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Voice Account based in Taguig. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear and professional communication at all times. Candidates must be confident on the phone, able to think quickly, and deliver excellent customer service while working onsite.


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year BPO or Customer Service experience (required)
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-focused with good problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
  • Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and typing
