Customer Service Agent Position | Call Center

SALARY OFFER : 24,000 UP TO 31,000 Package

Qualifications :

• Completed at least 2 years in college, or you're a Vocational/College Graduate /No back subjects, No PENDING LOANS
• Must have laptop or desktop with webcam for this process
• At least 1 year Healthcare/Insurance (BPO - Must Voice - International) experiences in Eligibility, Claims & Benefits , Not a back office position
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Identify and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
• Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
