Respond promptly to client inquiries, comments, and questions from the company’s social media and online accounts
Identify potential leads and successfully book them for clinic appointments
Achieve a target of at least three successful client bookings per day (with an average of two arrivals daily)
Clearly explain treatment benefits, promos, and vouchers to clients to encourage bookings
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when recording client information (e.g., name, contact number, location, and chosen services)
Coordinate effectively with other departments or managers regarding client schedules and updates
Handle client conversations patiently, gently, and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
Monitor clients on or before their scheduled appointments to confirm attendance
Follow approved sales scripts and adapt communication style to meet client needs
Maintain accurate records using the CRM system and generate necessary reports
