Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require extended periods of sitting and use of computers.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
