Description
- Facilitate buyer onboarding by introducing the company sending thank -you letters and providing a complete list of required documents
- Maintain and update the checklist of reservation requirements by completing and organizing the buyer's folder
- Assist buyers with bank loan application ensuring completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
- Prepare, release and monitor contract to sell
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, marketing,real estate
- Ability to handle multitasking and meet deadline in fast paced environment
