- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication skills, and experience in call centre operations.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
