The Inside Sales Representative plays a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads, engaging with prospects, and converting them into clients or customers—primarily through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. • Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Qualify leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
• Present BPO services and solutions, clearly communicating value propositions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns.
• Handle objections and negotiate service agreements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and prepare regular sales reports.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

• At least 1–3 years of inside sales or outbound experience, preferably in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Solid negotiation and closing skills.
• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working US shifts and in a performance-driven culture.
