Duties:

• Assist in keeping clients and renewing contracts, as per company objectives.
• Ascertain and fulfill client requirements, engage in consultative, value-oriented sales and account management discussions.
• Serve as the primary liaison for internal sales teams and customers
• Manage inquiries concerning billing and accounts
• Ensure a smooth and gratifying customer experience
• Maintain current data in CRM systems and ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately
• Collaborate with internal support teams to manage reporting, escalations, and continuous process improvements
• Organize and supervise follow-up communication to aid in closing deals and maintaining ongoing relationships

• College Degree
• 1 year experience in handling Sales and retention Account
• Experience in handling Telco Account is Advantage
