- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable solutions and support for products and services.
- Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
- Assist in the development of customer service procedures.
- Onsite set up
- Shifting schedule
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: At least 6 months Telco experience in the BPO industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Shifting schedule
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are essential for success.
