• Previous experience in customer service, account management, or scheduling (ideally in reactive maintenance, construction, or a similar industry
• Prior experience working with B2B clients in the UK or US is a strong advantage
• Confidence in communicating with and handling clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job management/CRM software
• Ability to coordinate jobs, liaise with clients and engineers, manage invoices/quotes, and ensure high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison for account customers, managing queries, updates, and job requests efficiently.
• Book and schedule jobs, ensuring the correct engineers are assigned and informed.
• Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, job notes, and client requirements in our CRM system.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, quotes, and invoices where applicable.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with client expectations and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure job reports are completed and submitted along with billing in a timely manner.
• Assist with account reviews, reports, and any client-specific admin.
• Collaborate with the internal teams to resolve any issues or delays promptly.
