Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide accurate product information, assist with order placement, and address customer concerns
  • Handle complaints, process returns/exchanges, and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Maintain and update customer records and order details in internal systems
  • Proactively follow up to ensure timely resolutions and outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance overall service quality


Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service (e-commerce, retail, or apparel background highly preferred)
  • Knowledge or experience in apparel, fabrics, textiles, and garments
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral to strong accent
  • Ability to manage high-volume calls while staying calm and positive
  • Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, order management systems, and MS Office/Google Suite
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business demands


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong, clear English accent
  • Previous experience in remote/offshore customer service support
