Job Responsibilities:

1. Learn various logistics channel management and process customer orders through EXCEL and ERP software;

2. Follow up on customer order shipments, coordinate with various departments, and handle related tasks;

3. Handling pre-sales and post-sales feedback issues related to Portuguese-speaking customers;

4. Conduct potential business opportunity searches as required;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications for the position:

1. Remote work, native Brazilian, fluent in Brazilian Portuguese;

2. Priority will be given to candidates with customer service experience, particularly those with prior experience in handling pre-sales and after-sales inquiries;

3. Do not complain when encountering problems; communicate promptly to resolve them;

4. Possess a sense of teamwork and proactively assist others;

5. Strong stress resistance and a strong sense of responsibility;
