Objectives of this role:

• Proactively engage prospective financial advisors through email and phone outreach to introduce the firm’s complimentary Portfolio Optimization service, aiming to schedule qualified Zoom appointments with Portfolio Strategists. Contribute to the growth of the firm’s sales pipeline by consistently meeting outreach targets, maintaining detailed activity records, and driving a high appointment show rate.

Responsibilities

• Send introductory emails and follow up with timely phone calls.
• Effectively communicate the value of a portfolio review and encourage recipients to schedule a meeting.
• Utilize Calendly to schedule meetings directly on the Portfolio Strategists’ calendars.
• Speak confidently with prospective clients using clear, enthusiastic, and professional language.
• Handle objections gracefully, reframe conversations, and keep the focus on setting appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity using Excel or other tracking tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in customer service or appointment setting.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Proficient with email tools and scheduling platforms like Calendly.
