Description
This role is a CS Everywhere - Work from Home setup with unlimited access to Cloudstaff Offices when you need it. CS Everywhere includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC/Laptop. Ability to use the office when there are Internet or power issues. Pop in and have a coffee with teammates.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries. Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing requests, forms, and applications. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualification and requirements:
- Open to weekend coverage
- Open to work different shifts ( Morning, Mid, Nightshift)
- Great spoken and written English
- History of working with US & AU clients preferred
- Knowledge of Zendesk or other CRM/ticket management tools is an advantage

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Demonstrated experience supporting finance functions (Xero preferred)
- High computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel – intermediate to advanced)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
