- Communicate effectively with customers in both Korean and English via chat.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product/service information and support to customers.
- Translate documents, messages, and other communication materials when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Proficiency in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, BPO, or client support is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with customer service software/tools.
