As a Customer Accounts Officer, you excel in managing customer billing and accounts processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. You work behind the scenes to reconcile reports, maintain customer data, and support seamless account operations, contributing significantly to the overall customer experience.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Billing & Reconciliation (preferably in the telecommunications industry).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (including formulas for data analysis).
• Experience using cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
