Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers, establishing trust and initiating business discussions.
Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through strategic cold calls, prospecting, and generating qualified leads.
Appointment Booking: Schedule meetings with leads for further sales conversations or follow-ups, maintaining a steady pipeline of appointments.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate products or services based on their needs.
Product Knowledge: Provide clear, detailed information about product features, benefits, and services to prospective leads, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments, adjusting your approach to effectively meet customer needs.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue.

Experience: Proven experience in US cold calling, lead generation, or appointment booking is highly preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate product offerings.
Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Objection Handling: Skilled at overcoming objections and closing sales in a timely manner.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage customer databases and sales records.
