• Experience in using training tools and technologies to deliver content effectively.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Education, or a related field.

At least a year of experience as a collections trainer or in a similar training role, with a background in managing online lending accounts.

Deep understanding of collections processes, particularly in the online lending industry.

Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
