We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both customer service and order entry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. 

Customer Service: 

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries. 
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and orders. 
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. 

Order Entry: 

• Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment. 
• Verify order details and address any discrepancies. 
• Update customer records and track order status. 
• Coordinate with warehouse or shipping departments to ensure timely delivery. 

• Bachelor's degree preferred 
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a BPO setting. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (American accent is a plus) 
• Experience in order entry and processing. 
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and active listening abilities 
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software. 
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including US time zones. 
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients. 
• Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. 
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems. 
• High level of empathy and dedication to customer satisfaction.
