• Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online customer support, and answering questions related to exchange operations, account management, and trading processes.
• Communicate with customers in the target language to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient processing.
• Responsible for gathering customer feedback and suggestions to collaboratively improve service processes and user experience with the team.
• Able to cope with high work pressure, providing services according to scheduled shifts, and accepting a three-shift work arrangement (morning, afternoon, evening).
