The Cantonese Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer support to clients of a financial account. This role involves handling inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries in Cantonese and English, ensuring accurate information delivery, issue resolution, and excellent customer experience while adhering to company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in Cantonese and English
• Provide accurate information regarding financial products, transactions, and account-related concerns
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and data privacy standards
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of account processes, policies, and tools

- Must be fluent in speaking both Cantonese and English

- Must have at least 6 months call center experience

- Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule
