Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of commercial banking clients.
• Ensure full compliance with banking policies and regulations while proactively identifying and addressing current and future client needs.
• Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact, delivering timely and accurate support across a wide range of commercial banking products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Open for Undergraduate
• At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
• Amenable to work in Q.C.
