Key Responsibilities

• Customer Account Management
• Contact customers regarding overdue bills and outstanding balances.
• Provide clear explanations of account status, payment options, and consequences of non-payment.
• Negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policies.
• Customer Service & Retention
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Offer solutions that encourage customers to stay connected with the telco provider.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all interactions comply with Australian telco regulations and company standards.
• Accurately record customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.
• Team Collaboration
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet collection targets.
• Participate in training sessions to improve communication and negotiation skills.
