We are looking for Collections Associates to join our Australian Telco Collections Account. This role is ideal for individuals who are Senior High School graduates with no prior BPO experience, but who are eager to build a career in customer service and collections.

You will be responsible for assisting customers with overdue accounts, providing payment solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Account Resolution: Negotiate payment arrangements and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals while maintaining professionalism.
• Customer Support: Educate customers on billing processes, payment options, and account status.
• Adaptability: Work in a shifting schedule to support Australian time zones.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
