Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain time-service, quality and production goals using good work queue management and customer service skills Maintain a high level of customer service skills.
• Present a friendly and professional demeanor Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained, in observance of the HIPAA Compliance Policy
• Handles a high volume of continuous telephone calls and gathers needed information in a timely manner. Method of transmission can either be inbound or outbound.
• Performs multiple tasks simultaneously Perform both individually and as a team to meet daily production expectations Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer issues
• Display excellent verbal and written English language skills, particularly strong business writing skills
• Display ability to use the computer with windows, including MS office applications, electronic mail, internet

Job Requirements

• At least 6 months of any BPO experience, medical/healthcare or outbound experience is a plus (but not required)
• HS or SHS graduates are acceptable to apply as long as they have BPO experience
• Willing to work for night shift schedule, weekends off
• Willing to work in Bridgetowne, QC
• Can start ASAP
