Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist clients with booking, insurance claims, financial transactions, or account-related concerns
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
  • Document and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction


Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of CSR experience (BPO or related industry)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules and holidays if required
