Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via call, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
- Follow up on customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1 year of customer service experience.
- Skills: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and effective interpersonal communication.
- Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full onsite setup.
- Qualities: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
