- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Document customer interactions and maintain records
- Follow up on customer interactions when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- High school graduate or equivalent (college level/graduate preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
