Description

We are hiring a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative. No prior experience required, but candidates must have a valid Spanish bilingual certification. You’ll assist customers by providing clear, professional support in both Spanish and English.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries in Spanish and English.
  • Provide excellent service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions.


Requirements

  • Spanish bilingual certification required.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
  • No prior experience necessary as long as you work in the BPO industry.
