- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment; may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
