• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate information and timely solutions
• Resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality

• At least 1 year of BPO/CCE experience (voice accounts preferred)
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules and onsite (if required)
• Background in travel ( GDS experience) or financial services is a plus but not required
