- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Document interactions and feedback in the customer management system
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language communication, both written and verbal; strong interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require working evenings or weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude.
