Customer Service Representative

• Reaching out to potential clients within the healthcare industry to promote the company product through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Responding promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries from potential clients that are interested about the company product.
• Engage and connect to the potential clients by gathering information on their current systems, business workflows, and pain points to tailor fit their needs.
• Proactively identify and qualify potential clients based on the gathered information.
• Provide accurate quotes based on client needs and specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on the features, updates, to clearly communicate the value of the company product to potential clients.
• Doing a customized presentation to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the company product in order to address the unique needs of the potential clients.
• Engaging in some client success tasks by conducting follow-up activities to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales (referrals).
• Maintain and monitor accurate records of all sales activities, interactions, to be effective and achieve individual targets.
• Collaborating with superior and teams in formulating a tailor fit presentations to have a persuasive and best proposals that would highlight the unique value of the company’s product to the potential client’s needs.

:Location Requirement

To be Considered for this position, you must be currently based in Iloilo City or nearby province and be willing to be assigned in Tiaong, Quezon.
