Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and messaging platforms
• Assist customers with order processing, billing concerns, and service requests
• Verify customer identity and securely update account records
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
• Ensure all documentation and system entries are clear, complete, and accurate

Job Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and undergraduates
• At least 1 year of CSR experience is an advantage
• BPO experience is a plus
• Willing to work full onsite on a graveyard schedule
• Amenable to start immediately
