We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Representativewith at least 3 years of BPO experiencesupporting international accounts. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of escalated concerns.
• Uphold service level agreements and quality standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years BPO experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record handling international accounts (US, UK, AU, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with call center systems and CRM platforms.
