Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative for our Health Care account. In this role, you will assist members with their inquiries, provide clear information, and ensure a smooth experience in handling their health care concerns. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping customers with benefits, claims, and other account-related needs in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer inbound calls and assist members with their health care-related questions
• Provide accurate information on benefits, claims, and services
• Document customer interactions in the system with attention to detail
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with your team to meet performance goals and service standards

• College graduate with or without BPO experience
• 2 YRS College Completers with at least 6 months customer service experience
• SHS Graduate - 1 YR BPO experience
• Above Average English Communication skills
• Strong knowledge in MS Tools
