- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English; problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular phone and email interactions.
