Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve service skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, excellent English language proficiency, effective communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, standard working hours, may involve dealing with high call volumes.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.
