We are looking to hire one driven and skilled Client Services Specialist to become part of our expanding team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in strengthening client engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing day-to-day operations in a dynamic and specialized financial services firm. Responsibilities also include overseeing XPLAN, supporting practice operations, and assisting advisors with various administrative and compliance tasks.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service, compliance, or operational support within financial or wealth management.
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
• High attention to detail with sound knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Advanced skills in XPLAN or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken communication capabilities.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Currently pursuing or holding an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning or a relevant undergraduate degree.
